The Perch on Main is an iconic building that features one and two-bedroom vacation rentals, two distinctive restaurants, Roe, and Harvest on Main, along with the trendy women’s clothing shop, Threads. Our building, formerly the Suites of Blue Ridge was built in 2006. It has been renovated to reflect a modern aesthetic with exposed wood floors, 10 ft ceilings, new kitchens with updated granite finishes, stunning bathrooms, and outdoor space with amazing views overlooking downtown and the Blue Ridge mountains.
